Domestic Electrical Rewires and Alterations

Beecal Electrical specialises in complete rewires to meet 10 year check and 17th Edition Regulations. Our local electricians also offer minor works and alterations including sockets, lighting and upgrades.

Inspection and Testing Certification

Government legislation requires that electrical work is installed, inspected and tested to the standard required by BS7671. As NICEIC contractors we are approved to issue certification to meet Part P and BS7671 17th Edition Wiring Regulations. We offer periodic and Landlord Testing to meet this current legislation.

Heating Systems

We have considerable experience in the installation of underfloor, electrical heating and Y and S plan control circuits, which have an excellent reliability record for wet systems.
